Abstract

A system includes a network interface, a profile database configured to store profile information relating to a plurality of users, and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: receive a search criteria from a first device associated with a first user; cause profile information relating to one or more users based on the search criteria to be transmitted to the first device; monitor and analyze communications between a second device associated with a selected user and the first device associated with the first user; determine, based on the analyzed communications, one or more terms of an agreement between the first user and the selected user; transmit a notification to the first device prompting the first user to add a first electronic signature to the agreement; and transmit a notification to the second device prompting the selected user to add a second electronic signature to the agreement.
