Abstract
A heat exchanger, including: an inner cylinderthrough which a first fluid can flow, the inner cylinderbeing configured to house a heat recovery member; and an outer cylinderdisposed so as to be spaced on a radially outer side of the inner cylindersuch that a second fluid can flow between the outer cylinderand the inner cylinder. In the heat exchanger, at least a part of the outer cylinderand/or the inner cylinderhas at least one continuous irregular structure
