The preparation method of the present disclosure is simple and easy to operate, where extraction from effective parts of raw materials can be carried out sufficiently. The combined plant extract of the present disclosure was subjected to in vitro mite elimination experiments, and the results showed that it had excellent effects in getting rid of mites. Moreover, it is non-irritating to human skin and thus can be used directly or applied to formulations of daily chemicals to effectively help get rid of mites and acne.
