Abstract
The current disclosure relates to a combination of ingredients including(Frangipani) flower extract and salicylic acid. The composition can further contain hydroxyacetophenone, titanium dioxide, and/or carrageenan. This combination of components has been shown to be useful as a cleansing composition that is effective for reducing sebum, increasing clarity of the skin, and for improving the appearance of the skin by reducing shine and pore size. This combination of components has further been shown to be useful for reducing irritation and inflammation in the skin.
