Abstract

A converter system () includes a switch () adapted to be coupled to a switching terminal (). The switch () is configured to generate a switching signal having first and second states at the switching terminal (). Ripple generating circuitry () is adapted to be coupled to the switching terminal () and is configured to: generate a filtered signal based on the switching signal; and keep the filtered signal within a particular range. Loop control circuitry () is coupled to the ripple generating circuitry () and is configured to control the switch () based on the filtered signal.
