Abstract

A technique for transmitting and receiving data () on shared radio spectrum according to a listen after talk, LAT, procedure is described. As to a transmitting aspect of the technique, one or more parameters of the LAT procedure are set. At least one of the one or more parameters () is set depending on at least one of a Quality of Service, QoS, requirement of the data and a state of the shared radio spectrum. The data () is transmitted on the shared radio spectrum according to the LAT procedure using the one or more parameters.
