Abstract

A diaphragmincludes a fixed portionto be fixed to a body portion, and a flexible thin film portionintegrally connected to the fixed portion. The fixed portionhas a tubular press-fitting portionto be press-fitted into a tubular sealing grooveformed on the body portion, and a diaphragm-side tapered surfaceformed on an axis C side with respect to the press-fitting portion. In a state where the press-fitting portionis press-fitted into the sealing groove, an inclination angle θof the diaphragm-side tapered surfacerelative to the axis C is smaller than an inclination angle θof a body-side tapered surfaceformed on the body portionrelative to the axis C, and an end portionof the diaphragm-side tapered surfaceis brought into contact with the body-side tapered surface
