Abstract
An electric discharge machineincudes: a machining tank; a dirty fluid tank; a circulation pump; a filter unitincluding a filter elementand a filter case; a fixing mechanismfixing the filter unit; a clean fluid tank; and a fluid feeding pump. The fixing mechanism includes: a bracketfixed in a predetermined position; a rotating memberrotatably connected to the bracket; a leverhaving: a linkof which one end is connected to the rotating member, a nutarranged on the other end of the link, and a rodscrewed with the nut; a locked memberfixed to the bracket and engaged with the rod; and a pressing memberof which one end is connected to the rotating memberand the other end presses the filter case.
