Abstract

A common mode choke coil includes an element body formed by stacking a plurality of insulating layers in a height direction, first and second coils that are built into the element body, first and second outer electrodes that are provided on surfaces of the element body so as to face each other in a width direction and are electrically connected to one end and the other end of the first coil, and third and fourth outer electrodes that are provided on surfaces of the element body so as to face each other in the width direction and are electrically connected to one end and the other end of the second coil. When L1 and L2 are the inductances of the first and second coils, 100×|L1−L2|/((L1+L2)/2)≤5 at 1 GHz.
