Abstract
A compound of formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Rand Rare each independently hydrogen or hydroxy; wherein Rand Rare not both hydroxy. Also provided are methods of treatment as Janus Kinase inhibitors and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of the invention and combinations thereof with other therapeutic agents.
