Abstract

Anti-microbial compounds having a pyridazine nucleus are provided. The compounds have anti-microbial (anti-biotic) properties and are used to treat infections caused by microbes, especially bacteria that are resistant to known antibiotics e.g. drug resistant bacteria such as methicillin-resistant(MRSA).
