Abstract
A mounting element () for releasably receiving a sensor () for transferring and/or receiving electrical currents and/or signals relating to a body of an organism, comprising a mounting element base () having a receiving space () for receiving the sensor (), the receiving space () comprising a floor (), a wall () disposed on the floor () and disposed on at least three sides, an opening () formed by at least one tab (), at least one clip closure (), and further comprising a cover () for the mounting element base (), an at least three-sided wall being disposed on the inner side () thereof, the end face () thereof being implemented for contacting the end face () of the wall (), wherein at least one counterpart () to the at least one clip closure () is disposed on the wall (), and the mounting element base () and the cover () are connected to each other by a connecting element () such that the cover () is displaceable relative to the mounting element base (), and the mounting element base () and the cover () are therefore lockable to each other by means of the at least one clip closure () and the at least one counterpart () and can also be opened again.
