Disclosed is a composition for preventing or inhibiting influenza virus infection, containingberry polysaccharides as active ingredients, and theberry polysaccharides exhibit an inhibitory effect on influenza virus activity or infection due to specific ingredients and structures and, specifically, have an excellent inhibitory effect on neuraminidase activity.
