Abstract
The invention relates to a device () for a cellular communications network (), wherein said device () includes at least a processor (), a memory () and a transceiver () and is configurable to: determine () a parameter (P) which characterizes a relative velocity (v_rel) of said device () with respect to a base station () of said cellular communications network (), and to modify () a timing of at least one uplink transmission (ul) from said device () to said base station () depending on said parameter (P).
