Abstract

A communications cable () is provided with a pliant sleeve () to allow it to be more easily inserted into a conduit. One form of the sleeve () has hook () and loop () connected to each other so that the sleeve () can engage the cable (). Another form of the sleeve () is spring-loaded to engage the cable (). In a third form of the sleeve () has an adhesive () which attaches the sleeve () to the cable ().
