An electromagnetic interference (EMI) filteris provided which is suitable for a DC motor. The EMI filtercomprises an EMI suppression circuithaving first and second DC-motor-terminal inputs, and an MW-band power chokecoupled to one of the first and second DC-motor-terminal inputsto increase the motor inductance in the MW frequency band.
