Disclosed is a take-off and landing station () for a flying vehicle () for transporting people and/or loads, which flying vehicle takes off and lands vertically and comprises a flight module (), having a plurality of drive units () arranged on a supporting framework structure () of the flight module (), and a transportation module (), which can be coupled to the flight module (). The take-off and landing station () comprises a holding apparatus () having a plurality of gripper elements and support elements () for supporting, fixing and/or orienting the supporting framework structure () during take-off and landing of the flying vehicle () or the flight module ().
