Abstract

The present invention relates to a device and a method for FIG.treating fat cells taken from a patient and intended for a transplant. More specifically, it relates to a device and a method by suctioning which makes it possible to separate the viable fat cells from the residues and elements which are not transplantable. The device is a device for treating adipose tissues (G) connected to a suctioning means (M), consisting of a sealed treatment chamber (A) comprising a means for connection () to said suctioning means (M), a means for inlet () of said adipose tissues before treatment, a filtration means () and at least one means for outlet () of said adipose tissues (G) after treatment, said filtration means () comprising a conically shaped external wall () comprising a narrow base () attached to an impeller () and an internal sieving means () connected to the output means (), said impeller () being subjected to the air pressure reduction created by the suctioning means (M) and constituting a rotary mechanical actuating means for actuating said filtration means ().
