The semiconductor deviceincludes a main control deviceand a sub-control device. The main control deviceincludes a main memoryfor storing main programs for receiving external signals, and a trigger signal output circuitfor outputting a trigger signal when an abnormal signal process differs from preset signal processing is performed. The sub-control deviceis coupled to the main control device, and includes a trigger signal obtaining circuitfor obtaining a trigger signal, and a sub-program outputting circuitfor outputting a sub-program to the main control devicebased on the obtained trigger signal.
