Abstract

A wheel head transmission () comprising a first and second shafts (W, W) which are connected to one another via a planetary transmission (PG). The wheel head transmission () comprises first and second planetary stages (P, P), which include a first element (E, E), a second element (E, E) and a third element (E, E). The first element (E) of the first planetary stage (P) is connected to the first shaft (W) for conjoint rotation, the second element (E) of the first planetary stage (P) and the third element (E) of the second planetary stage (P) are connected to one another and the second shaft (W) for conjoint rotation. The third element (E) of the first planetary stage (P) and the first element (E) of the second planetary stage (P) are connected together for conjoint rotation, and the second element (E) of the second planet stage (P) is immobilized.
