Abstract

A valve assembly () for use with a valve body () having a valve seat () is disclosed, the valve assembly () comprising: a cartridge () threadably engaged with and extending away from the valve body (); a poppet () slidably engaged with the cartridge (); a plate () engaged with the poppet (); a plunger () slidably engaged with the cartridge () and slidably extending through the plate (); and a retainer () captured between the plate () and a surface of the poppet (), wherein the retainer () is threadably engaged with the plunger (). The valve assembly () can regulate fluid flow.
