Abstract

A method and system to allow the exchange of information between a person's mobile device and a business, institution, organization, agency, etc. to send, as per request, information that is required or is relevant to the parties, without having to interrupt the call. The businesses, institutions, organizations, agencies, etc. can be for instance, a 911 dispatcher office, a merchant that operates through the phone or a service provider, though such examples are not considered limiting.
