The method includes receiving one or more event state indicators corresponding to an event state of a content stream, the content stream comprising digital streaming content of a live event. The method also includes determining a state change of the event state based at least in part on one or more confidence level values of the one or more event state indicators. The method also includes ascertaining a risk quotient of the state change, based at least in part on a state change type of the state change, and, based at least in part on the risk quotient, implementing the state change at least in part by storing the state change in a data store in communication with the computer system.
