An output terminal of a timing chip Uis connected to an isolating switch U; the isolating switch Uis connected to a rectifier module D; the rectifier module Dis connected to a circuit breaker X; a switch tube Qand the switch tube Qare connected to a resistor R, and a second switch terminal of the switch tube Qis grounded; an output terminal of a zero sequence current transformer is connected to a first input terminal of a microprocessor U; and an output terminal of the microprocessor Uis connected to a control terminal of the switch tube Q. The leakage protection plug of this disclosure has both leakage protection and timing functions.
