Abstract

The invention relates to a process for the recovery of COby biological reduction comprising a step of bringing a liquid phase containing the bacteriuminto contact with a CO-containing gas phase under conditions allowing the production of formate and/or methane from said CO. The process according to the invention can be implemented in particular in a closed reactor or a semi-closed reactor or a continuous reactor, electrochemically assisted or not.
