Abstract
A valve arrangement () of a hydraulically braked tractor vehicle for controlling the brake pressure of a pneumatically braked trailer includes an electronically controlled trailer control valve () with an inlet valve (), an outlet valve (), a pneumatical relay valve (), a breakaway valve () and a brake control pressure sensor (). The valve arrangement also has a hydraulically controlled backup valve () with a hydraulically activated relay valve (), a redundancy valve (') and a hydraulic control pressure sensor (). Output-side brake control lines () are connected via a shuttle valve () to a brake coupling head (). The valves () and the pressure sensors () of the trailer control valve (), the valves (′) of the backup valve () and the shuttle valve () may be combined in one trailer control module () with a single housing ().
