Abstract

A connector () for mechanically connecting a device () to a robot (), wherein the connector () comprises a first portion () configured to be attached to the robot () and a second portion () configured to be attached to a device () configured to be connected to the robot (). The first portion () and the second portion () are detachably attached to each other by a first connection portion () constituting a rotational system comprising a pivot () about which the first portion () can rotate with respect to the second portion () and a second connection portion (') constituting a mechanical locking structure that prevents the first portion () and the second portion () from being detached from each other.
