Abstract

This invention provides a coffee maker having: an upper structure with a filter () and a measurement chamber (); the measurement chamber () has TDS sensor (), a temperature sensor () and a fluid transfer system (); a lower structure with a weight sensor (); a plurality of connecting elements () enacting the upper structure above the lower structure; and carafe () to be placed between the upper structure and lower structure; and a display panel () showing data from the TDS sensor, temperature sensor, or weight sensor.
