Abstract

The present invention provides a method for increasing wheat yield and preventing wheat diseases and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of crop cultivation. In the method, wheat seeds are primed by a fermentation liquid of, and the concentration of the fermentation liquid is 1.4×10cfu/mL or more. According to the present invention, the wheat seeds are primed by using, andcan endogenously grow in wheat plants to induce expression of genes related to disease resistance and development of wheat, thereby achieving the objective of controlling diseases such as wheathead blight and improving wheat yield.
