Provided is a surface treatment agent including an alkoxysilane compound having a cyclic silazane structure represented by the following general formula (1): wherein Rrepresents an unsubstituted linear alkyl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, Rrepresents a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms that may include a heteroatom, Rand Reach independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and n represents an integer of 0 or 1.
