Abstract

A seat back padhas a groovefor tucking a skin material therein, formed at borders between a central portionand side portions. A hole (slot hole) is formed in a bottom of the groovealong the groove. A tuck-in wirefor tucking the skin material in includes a plurality of tuck-in portionsA provided along the groove, and a connecting portion (detour portionB) detouring around the hole and connecting the tuck-in portionsA. With this configuration, when an upper body of an occupant P subsides into a seat back Sin a rear-end collision of a vehicle, the central portion, defined by the grooveas a border, is easily and sufficiently moved rearward relative to the left and right side portions. Furthermore, the tuck-in wireis not exposed through the hole, and thus adhesion between the seat back padand the tuck-in wirecan be improved.
