Seal arrangement () comprising a plug member () configured to seal a through opening () in a wall (); a pressing section (); and a cover member () configured to be connected to the plug member () and configured to force the pressing section () to press a sealing element (), arranged laterally outside the plug member (), towards the wall (). A kit of parts and a method for sealing a through opening () in a wall () and for painting the wall () are also provided.
