A composition havingstrain GMNL-662 for promoting bone regrowth is provided. Thestrain GMNL-662 has an ability to promote the expression of osteogenic genes, inhibit the expression of osteoclast related genes, and promote the expression of osteogenesis-related cytokine TGF-β, so that the bone loss is improved.
