Abstract

A post-disaster conditions monitoring system. The system may include a device processor; and a non-transitory computer readable medium including instructions executable by the device processor to perform the following steps: receiving information from one or more pre-existing networks; determining conditions in a geographic region based on the information received from the one or more pre-existing networks; and preparing a map indicating the conditions within the geographic region.
