Abstract
A composition is provided for promoting skeletal muscle oxidative muscle fiber generation. The composition comprises awater extract. Theextract comprises polysaccharide,flavone, carotenoid, polyphenol, andpigment. The composition may further comprise one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from such as a solvent, a co-solvent, an emulsifier, a preservative, a buffer, a protein powder, or a combination thereof. The composition may be used as medicine, functional product, or food supplement.
