A data transmission method, a method of displaying three-dimensional image, a data transmission device and a three-dimensional image display device are provided. The data transmission method, comprises: performing a phase decomposition on a preset three-dimensional model to generate a plurality of phase images; acquiring position information and color information of pixels in the plurality of phase images; and sending the position information and the color information of the pixels in the plurality of phase images to a volumetric three-dimensional display device.
