Abstract
An information processing apparatus includes: a processor configured to: when existence of predetermined information is detected, inquire a user whether to display contents of the information before the contents of the information are displayed as an augmented-reality image in front of a user's field of view; and control the displaying of the contents of the information by the augmented-reality image according to a user's instruction in response to the inquiry.
