Abstract

A dispensing closure () includes a body () for being located at the opening of a container () defining a central axis () and having a pour spout (). The body () including a crushable seal () surrounding the pour spout (), and the body () including a lateral projection () extending therefrom. The closure () includes a closing element () for being removably attached to the body () and having a lateral projection () extending therefrom. The closing element () and the body () have a closed condition in which the crushable seal () seals between the closing element () and the body () and the lateral projections () are confronting to inhibit separation of the closing element () away from the body () along the central axis ().
