Abstract

A surgical instrument (), comprising: a surgical execution component (), a linkage part (), and a manipulation component (), the distal end of the linkage part () being connected to the surgical execution component () and the proximal end of the linkage part () being connected to the manipulation component (). The surgical instrument () uses the linkage part () having two rotational degrees of freedom, such that when the manipulation component () drives, by means of the linkage part (), the surgical execution component () to rotate at a fifth rotational degree of freedom (R) and/or a sixth rotational degree of freedom (R), the swing directions of the surgical execution component () and the manipulation component () at a first rotational degree of freedom (R) and a second rotational degree of freedom (R) are consistent. Therefore, the surgical instruction () implements technical effects of improving the moving direction accuracy of the surgical execution component (), improving the accuracy of the action of the surgical instruction (), and facilitating surgical operations.
