Abstract
The present disclosure relates to genetically modified strains ofengineered to be tumor navigating, self-eradicating, and armed with TRAIL to trigger tumor cell apoptosis. Also provided herein are methods of producing and methods of using such genetically modifiedstrains to treat cancer.
