The temperature equalization and heat dissipation container structure of lithium battery includes a base and a housing frame erected on the base. The housing frame includes a pair of first heat conducting walls spaced apart from each other and a pair of second heat conducting walls spaced apart from each other. The base, the first heat conducting walls and the second heat conducting walls are enclosed to form a hollow accommodating area, and the pair of first heat conducting walls are erected with a pitch gradually widening from bottom to top.
