Abstract
The invention relates to a valve device () for a gaseous medium, in particular hydrogen, comprising a valve housing () which comprises a closing element () that is arranged therein and can be moved in the longitudinal axis (). The closing element () interacts with a seal seat () in order to release and close a through-opening (). The valve housing () is equipped with at least one spring element () which is supported against the closing element () and the valve housing (). Furthermore, the at least one spring element () is made of a bimetal.
