Abstract

The presently claimed invention is related to compositions and methods for treating HS related diseases comprising administering a pharmacologically effective amount of pharmaceutical composition containing a first therapeutic, wherein the first therapeutic includes one of an ATR kinase inhibitor and an ATR kinase promotor. According to further embodiments the HS related disease is one of cancer, cardiovascular disease, acute inflammation, chronic inflammation, and neurological disease.
