Abstract
A closure of a container comprising a capsule () in turn comprising: —a cap () that can be associated with a container and comprising a frangible mouth (); —a cutter () comprising a cutting edge () designed to open said frangible mouth (); —a covering () of the cutter (); —transmission means () for transmitting a rotary component of a movement of the covering () to the cutter (); —guide means () which enable a rotation-translation of the covering () which draws said cutter (), determining the passage of the covering () and the cutter () from a resting configuration in which the frangible mouth () is intact to an operating configuration in which the cutter () is in a stroke-end position, the frangible mouth () is at least partially open and the covering () is rotatingly integral with the cap (). The closure () further comprises: i) a capsule cover () which surmounts the covering (); the covering () and the capsule cover () in a first configuration being axially neared to one another along an axial direction (), in a second configuration being moved away from one another along the axial direction (); the axial direction () being identified by an axis () along which the movement of the cutter () from the resting configuration to the operating configuration takes place; ii) disengageable means () for transmitting an unscrewing torque from the capsule cover () to the covering (), said disengageable means () for the unscrewing of the capsule () being mutually engaged in the first configuration and mutually disengaged in the second configuration.
