Abstract

The present invention provides compositions (such as pharmaceutical compositions), and commercial batches of such compositions, comprising nanoparticles comprising albumin and rapamycin. The compositions (such as pharmaceutical compositions) have specific physicochemical characteristics and are particularly suitable for use in treating diseases such as cancer.
