Abstract

A switching element () that comprises a switching unit (), a first and a second coil unit () for closing and opening the switching unit (), wherein the first coil unit () comprises a first coil () and wherein the second coil unit () comprises a second coil (). According to the invention, the first coil unit () comprises a first controllable delay circuit () that is connected in series with the first coil ().
