Abstract
Disclosed is a compound of Formula I, including N-oxides, and salts thereof, wherein R, Rand Rare defined as set forth in the disclosure. Also disclosed is a process for preparing a compound of Formula I. A compound of Formula I can also be used as a synthetic intermediate to prepare pyridazinone-based herbicides.
