Abstract
A panel () for a cabin of an aircraft, the panel () including a laminate () with a first layer formed of lithiated carbon fibers (), a second layer form of carbon fibers with a cathode lithium coating (), and an electrolyte-containing separator () interposed between the first and the second layers and a pressure sensor () on an outer surface of the laminate (), and a switch () to regulate a voltage to the laminate () based on an output of the pressure sensor () so that the panel () expands.
