Topical medicaments for the treatment of mammalian skin are provided, which include an actives fraction and a carrier fraction; the actives fraction comprises individual amounts of turmeric,, and. In other embodiments, the actives fraction includes additional ingredients, including Vitamin C, β-sitosterol, and vanillin compound(s). The medicaments are useful in the treatment of a wide variety of conditions.
