Abstract
A vehicle drive unit () includes a spindle () on which a female spline portion (G) is formed, a wheel () disposed on an outer peripheral side of the spindle (), wheel bearingsthat rotatably support the wheel () in relation to the spindle (), an electric motor () located on an axial one side of the spindle (), a shaft () connected to an output shaft (B) of the electric motor (), a planetary gear reduction device () disposed between the shaft () and the wheel (), and a shaft bearing () that rotatably supports the shaft () in relation to the spindle ().
